Return & Refund Policy — Zweizen Private Limited

At Zweizen Private Limited, we stand behind the quality of our products. This policy explains when and how returns and refunds are accepted.

When Can You Return a Product?

We accept returns in the following circumstances:

1. You received a damaged or defective product — Report within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

2. You received the wrong product — Report within 48 hours of delivery.

3. The product seal was broken or missing on arrival — Report within 48 hours.


For Amazon purchases: Returns are governed by Amazon India's standard return policy. Initiate your return directly through the Amazon app or website.


For direct purchases through zweizen.com: Email returns@zweizen.com within 7 days of receiving the order.


What Cannot Be Returned?


Opened or used products cannot be returned. As health supplements are consumable products, we are unable to accept returns of opened packaging for hygiene and safety reasons.


Products returned after 7 days from delivery are not eligible for refund.


Change of mind returns are not accepted. If you are unsure which product to choose, please contact us at support@zweizen.com before purchasing — we are happy to guide you.

Refund Process


Step 1: Contact us at returns@zweizen.com with your order details and reason for return. Include photographs if the product is damaged.

Step 2: Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and confirm whether your return is approved.

Step 3: If approved, we will provide return instructions. Return shipping for damaged or incorrect items is covered by Zweizen.

Step 4: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, refunds are processed within 10–15 business days.


Refunds are credited to the original payment method — credit/debit card, UPI, or bank account for COD orders.


Cancellation Policy


  1. Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
  2. To cancel an order placed on zweizen.com, email support@zweizen.com immediately with your order number.


For Amazon orders: Use Amazon's standard order cancellation process.
